Shelly Watkins was a beloved mother and part of the Corsicana community. In 1993 she disappeared without warning, and was later found dead under suspicious circumstances. What followed was not justice but silence. The case was dismissed, her family was left broken, and the town has lived with unanswered questions ever since. This is where the story begins.
